I have rented a Hertz car on multi month contract at Katy Mason HLE. The car broke down. hertz took it the next day and for the last 5 days i have been running pillar to post with no replacement car...even when i contract is active !!!

The Katy Mason HLE says they have no cars!! ( for the last 5 days!!!). i called customer service and they want me to take a cab to the airport - an hr & a half drive away and get a replacement!!..

I loved Hertz and they were the best .. but i guess they have gone down the drain

Monetary Loss: $800.
