Don't use HERTZ
I have been looking for long term rental and that took about 5 weeks till they manged to find me the car I Wanted. When I went to take the car they offered me i different car ,old and with double the price , and no one new what happened with my booking, and they couldn't do any thing for me ,the answer was that what we have for you.
Rented and prepaid for a car for 6 days from Hertz in and out of SF airport. Declined all insurance. Have rental coverage all inclusive policy with Amex for $25/rental up to 30 days. Picked up car. Nothing about insurance from agent. Returned car and Hertz charges me...Read more

Hertz - Complaint
I made a reservation for a car and a pick up. Called put on hold for 10 minutes. Called back no answer. I had to get a ride to the Oaklawn office. Poor service. The car I was to get the plate was expired. The girl Sharon I talked to was very ruded.
