I can’t believe I haven’t been reached from someone from hertz about the car rental with my 84 year old mothers stolen credit card!!!, I have made several reviews about this situation and besides the stupid apology from Ellen G from customer service , by the way was obviously unread !!! This is not how you treat innocent people without so much as A true apology!!!!
