Suspended driving privileges many years ago

I drove a rented vehicle off road and it got accidentally damaged. My insurance company paid Hertz in full for the damages. Its been 20 years and Ive been told that I can never rent from Hertz and I should go with another rental company. Problem is the problem extends to partners like Dollar.

Horrible wait 2 wks reservation

Promised bring cars another location next 5-7 days 1 rental car available finally gave up went uhaul location rent box truck lot cheaper although did have make reservation w/uhaul no drama very smooth only asked for u s. Valid driver's license, and credit card and how many miles put on box truck, and if need insurance case got accident w/box truck uhaul owns, how long do need vehicle for, smoothest business transaction ever dealt with. Unlike Hertz lots drama, if want wait rental car does not exist.

Locked out of app

Password did not work tried to reset app did not allow and locked me out. Not great for platinum service. Also numbers I was given by agent when i made reservation over the phone did not work put me in auto loop to nowhere helpful. Platinum #

Email to submit an accident report

I had an accident with a Hertz rental car in Austria. Tried to reach the Hertz office in Germany who referred me to their website which refers me to a phone number: quite a bing-bong game. Basically I am stuck with a damaged car and a third party claim and there is no way out it seems.

User's recommendation: Be aware that Hertz forgets about you once you paid.

I returned the car at Marriott Lax location after hours and got the ticket with the time way before due time and I got overcharged $70 dls I called make a complaint but I havent receive credit Please make a correction and credit my card

Vindictive manager denied me a replacement vehicle because I wanted a certain color and I refuse to allow her to loud talk me in front of other customers- -soooo- -she used the fact that I had a flat tire and keeping me from being able to work to deny me a replacement vehicle

Disrespectful and an employee trying to fight customers

reserved a van in JANUARY for JULY 25 2022 pickup--received an e-mail confirmation on JULY 23. whet i went to pick it up JULY 25 nothing was available.after calling hertz myself i got a NISSAN VERSA at a higher rate. CAVEAT EMPHOR

Gold Member car breakdown/ Billing declined cc

Car broke down 2 hours from airport at 1am waited 3 hours for tow truck missed 2 flights and was also overcharged on top of it. Not real happy but if someone could please call to go over billing. Thank you.
