Rented a car and not told about additional $47 charge for added driver. Thought I was signing for original amount. Given paperwork only after I signed. Told I was responsible for all charges I unknowingly signed. Customer Service refused to provide any refund or acknowledge any wrongdoing. Will not use Hertz for any future rental! Renter beware.
