I receive many many unwanted emails from Hertz. I tried to follow the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

After entering everything on the form (all of which they knew from my unsubscribe) link I clicked "Unsubscribe".

At this point the system indicated that I must enter a valid Hertz #1 Gold number.....but, there is no container on the form to accept the required field.

Catch-22. I cannot unsubscribe.

Now, this silly system wants at least 100 words before I can submit my complaint. Where do you people get these IT professionals? I will continue to ramble here until I reach 100 words because, apparently, I write too succinctly for this system. I guess many high school educated people cannot express a coherent thought in fewer than 100 words.


Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

How did you loose $100 by getting emails? The easiest way if they're not letting you unsubscribe in an easy effective way is to mark them as spam and mute them forever.
