The St. Croix Airport office of Hertz delivered a vehicle 2 days ago and promised to pick up at 9:30 AM today.

I told them I only would communicate by email and they told me to leave keys in car at resort and they would invoice me immediately. At 10:15 this morning I emailed them with no response. At 4PM I borrowed a phone and called and they assured me someone was on their way. I've sat at the hotel all day waiting and it's 9:30,PM and the car I've still here and I have no invoice.

I'm sharing the bill with a party who is departing at 9 AM and it will be difficult now to collect from them. the hertz center lied to me and then tried to say that I was to call them to pick up when it had already been arranged

Monetary Loss: $100.
