I was told on the phone I would be renting a Chevy cobalt, I got a confirmation number and everything, but then when I got there they gave me a Saturn. When it came time for the car to be due back I called Hertz to have them get with my insurance company for a extension, but the Manager said he couldn't call them even though he did call them the day I picked up the car, but he said he would send them a e-mail.
So I had my insurance adjuster to call them to get the extension. I looked at my account today and they have charged my account, without even telling me. I called to try to get them to fix it but none of them know what to do I keep getting the run around. They say the computer automatically does the withdrawl.
That would have been nice to know.
If the Manager was doing his job, and not taking personal phone calls at work, then maybe I would have to be sitting at home this weekend, with no money to spend because they aren't paying attention to what they are doing. I specifically told them not to bill my account.
